    • Modular Design provides a better process flow, a cleaner design, and an accessible maintenance environment, 

    • Much of the work is done ahead of time in our manufacturing plant, which significantly shortens installation time.

  • Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC

    All components are either UL Listed or UL Recognized; Allen Bradley components; All field connections terminated in terminal blocks; Assembly drawings and wire schematics provided with control system.

    • Open Top, Vertical Sidewall, Dish Bottom, Fiber Glass tank with 90° top-flanged rim.

    • All tanks have mechanical agitation.  The use of air sparge or “bubblers” is poor practice and will create improper treatment and discharge issues.

    • All mixers have Modular Construction, high-quality components designed to allow interchangeability between direct drive, gear- driven fixed or portable mount mixers.

    • Air-operated, double diaphragm pump.

    • Polypropylene construction to prevent corrosion.

    • Stall-resistant, efficient operation
